Expand #OWS to include Occupy the courts!
The impetus behind #OWS is to bring together the 99% who do not own the world and to provide a venue to address the greed and corruption which has brought America to its knees. By focusing the attention on Wall Street and the financial institutions, #OWS may be missing a prime target for the corruption that has taken over our country—the courts.

Bill to protect the vulnerable a whitewash
The long awaited guardianship reform bill by U.S. Senator Klobuchar, S.1744, the "Guardian Accountability and Senior Protection Act," has been published and is available for public scrutiny However, Senator Klobuchar is failing to take into account the factors contributing to guardianship abuse and her bill fails to address the salient issues going to the heart of guardianship corruption.

An emerging evil now threatens people around the globe, especially in the United States of America. Fraudulently obtained court ordered commitment and psychoactive medications are being forced on our fellow citizens who are innocent , or who do not merit the kind of gross abuse put upon them by the fbi and other agencies.

Fourteen Philly residents — ranging in age from 24 to 72 and including several grandparents and two members of the clergy, public school teachers, and life-long Philadelphians — lined the entrance to the SugarHouse construction site on the Delaware River last fall and refused to move. They were promptly arrested and held for more than 12 hours.
On the morning of Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2010, these individuals will stand before a judge and defend their First Amendment rights.
