PHILADELPHIA — On Friday, November 14th, students from area universities and high schools will converge on the local office of the U.S. Department of Education near the Southeast corner of City Hall, publicly awarding the agency a giant “F” report card for its failure to act on the worsening student debt crisis. The students are pressing the agency to meet with them about mounting costs that increasingly bar continuing education from those without financial resources.
