Join Us the 2nd Sunday of the month (except August), 4:30PM, at the area's longest enduring and ongoing progressive gathering, the Brandywine Peace Community Monthly Supper/Program, University Lutheran Church, 3637 Chestnut Street, Phila., PA (bring
main dish, salad, or dessert to share). Programs begin at 5:30PM.
October 12 - Fr. John McNamee, much revered urban priest, author, poet, and activist; author of Diary of a City Priest (and subject of the movie of the same name) and a number of volumes of poetry; recently retired after twenty-five years as pastor of St. Malachy's Roman Catholic Church in North Philadelphia.
