General David Petraeus Takes Undue Credit: Expert Advise Before & After Occupation of Iraq/Afghanistan September 16, 2008 See Below What PublishersTold Mr. President of America, NATO and Their Allies Before and After Occupation. Over 70 years none of the Publishers policy and practice advices have failed. Reason why they have not failed is based on in-depth research, investigation and non-agency or partisan and activist statuses. Publishers are surprised to see General Petraeus claim credit for implementing part of the Publishers’ past advice which they issued to Mr. President of America, NATO and their Allies. Publishers have decided to post hereunder, part of the advises which Publishers have been giving to America’s presidents, politicians, lawmakers, NATO and their allies. General Petraeus and others claim success in Iraq whereas there is no recognizable qualified success to sustain stable and enduring constitutional democratic government inside and outside Iraq. What the fighters in Iraq are doing is interactive guerrilla warfare under applied rudimentary commando warfare between Iraq and Afghanistan to keep the wars afloat forever with added casualties and destruction of property which will weigh down the coalition morally, economically, psychologically, politically and socially. What is success in these wars? NOTHING! In these countries, after over five (5) years, the coalition is still calling for air, land and other military support and suicide bombing and casualties continued and persisted as if the wars started yesterday.
Interactive guerrilla warfare under applied rudimentary commando warfare Failure to take the advise of the Publishers, the war will remain forever not won. Publishers opposed the wars and substituted war with political remedy but when the war mongers proceeded to war, after the removal of the leaders and other stakeholders in these countries, Publishers issued master plan which will lead to democratic national government (see Publishers’ documents which were impounded and seized by US Department of Homeland Security - DHS on September 29, 2005). If the commanders were sincere with their day to day frontline reports, the truth which is part of the Publishers’ advise is that the military surge did not work. What and what that reduced the casualties and attacks are peace, reconciliation and replacement of coalition force with Iraqi armed forces. America and her coalition wasted over $800 billion in Iraq and Afghanistan because they refused to take Publishers’ expert advice.
Publishers advise politicians, lawmakers, leaders, private actors and their agencies to spend few minutes to peruse these advises and interlay them with the events and conducts of nations, politicians, lawmakers, leaders, private actors, their agencies and world in general. We have advised Mr. President to develop and learn how to talk to everybody or how to build network and association without borders (race, colour, religion, political and other unions, etc). We have clearly defined state and non-state terrorists/terrorisms. We have advised Mr. President and his allies that the people they called terrorists are not terrorists. We have advised Mr. President that these people are in search of social, economic, political, cultural, nationality and religion self-determination/rule/control. We have advised Mr. President that during defence (self and others) people that have no instrument/equipment to fight war or defend themselves or their nationalities must design defence methods (landmine, suicide bombing, guerrilla and other covert insurgencies, kidnapping and abduction, multiple laces of human and natural resources, target infrastructures, point and other forms of assassinations, bioterrorism, etc). We have defined nomadic warfare and closely advised Mr. President that this warfare is a special warfare and that America and her allies can not win such war. We advised Mr. President that citizens of the oil producing countries (ex. Africa and Middle East) suffer terrible poverty and that domestic and foreign oil companies, politicians, lawmakers and their allies are responsible for this poverty. In apportioning this blame, we advised Mr. President that foreign oil companies, politicians and lawmakers and their allies are responsible for the major part of the looting or capital flight across the majority of the oil producing countries because they create loot banks oversea which enable domestic oil companies, politicians, lawmakers and their allies to loot the remaining wealth of the oil producing nations. We have advised Mr. President that international human exodus from oil and non-oil producing countries is neo-slavery and that Americans oversea are given jobs and treated humanely and that Mr. President is expected to show good example in international relation and diplomacy by treating the foreign displaced experts, professionals, investors and others across US humanely. We advised Mr. President of America, NATO, Prime Minister of UK and their allies not apply military action in Yugoslavia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran, Sudan, Somalia, etc. For example, when they ignored our advise and proceeded to war in Iraq and Afghanistan and after the overthrow of these governments, we listed all the ethnic, social, economic, political, and religious groups and past leaders, politicians, lawmakers, in these countries and advised Mr. President to unit the ethnic, social, economic, political, and religious groups and form national government. We reviewed the wars and we advised Mr. President that the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq which were misconceived as post-September 11, 2001 have been hijacked by international racist and become war to eliminate Arab, Moslem and Islamic world. In further reminder, we have advised Mr. President and his allies to return to our 2000/2001 advices or theory of how to talk or associate with everybody without distinction of race, colour, religion, gender and nationality to build peace network and path without border. Talk with everybody and building peace network without border are how to realize peace and democracy in Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq, etc. We have advised Mr. President, UN and their allies and parties that the politics of nuclearization and denuclearization is discriminatory, terrible and mark of international systemic injustice. Particularly, we have advised Mr. President and his allies to stay the action to hang President Saddam Hussein and others and that these people maybe key thoroughfares to peace and realization of peace and democracy in Iraq (and). We have advised Mr. President, UN and their allies and parties that Hamas was elected democratically and must be recognized. We have advised the UN and state parties to file emergency resolution unconditionally to recognize and form the sovereign State of Palestine. We have advised Mr. President, UN and its state parties and others that we have found the CURE MEDICATION for AIDS/HIV in America and Mexico and the cure medication be purchased immediately to save lives inside and outside Africa.
