Raed Jarrar, currently based in Washington, D.C, is an Iraqi political
analyst and consultant to AFSC�s Iraq Program . After the U.S.-led
invasion, Jarrar returned home to become country director for CIVIC
Worldwide, the only door-to-door casualty survey group in post-war
Iraq. He then established Emaar, (meaning �reconstruction� in
Arabic), a grassroots organization that provided humanitarian and
political aid to Iraqi internally displaced persons (IDPs). Emaar
delivered medicine and food as well as helped initiate micro-
enterprise projects for IDPs, with specific concern directed towards
women and children. Additionally, Emaar engaged in political
advocacy on behalf of populations displaced with specific concern
directed towards women and children

George Willoughby, with Gregory Barnes (author of the just
published "A Biography of Lillian and George Willoughby, Twentieth
Century Quaker Peace Activists", 2007, The Edwin Mellen Press) as
well as Lillian Willoughby, 92, and George Willoughby, 93. Readings
from the book by Gregory Barnes, reflective recollections by our
honored guests.

Sunday, January 13, 2008 - "Fighting for National Health Insurance:
ACivil Rights Movement for Universal [Single Payer] Healthcare",
film and talk by nationally known consultant on public health and
health care reform, Dr. Walter Tsou

MD, MPH, Walter Tsou is currently on the visiting faculty of the
University of Pennsylvania. He was President of the American
Public Health Association in 2005 and served as the Health
Commissioner of Philadelphia from April 2000 to February 2002.
He has extensive experience in public health and has lectured
widely on public health and health disparities, including recent
testimony in the U.S. Congress

This church's tax exempt status must be reviewed immediately. It's involvement in politics certainly violates the separation of church and state.
