Convention Center Decorated for Father's Day

Pictures from 06.19's BIO banner lift.  Up...  The banners were soon returned crinkled but intact.  Up...  Up...  ...Damn. On June 19th, after a less successful attempt at different locales - one of which led to confiscation by a police officer, who then returned the materials under the condition of an apology - three banners adorned the ceiling of the Philadelphia Convention Center, where this year's BIO conference was held. The banners read: PESTICIDES KILL 20,000 EACH YEAR GMO and LIFE IS FOR LIVING NOT FOR PROFIT. [one which was ultimately too crushed to make use of read: HEALTH CARE IS A RIGHT, BIOTECH IS WRONG] Only two made it all the way up; one was snatched by a security guard. Happy Father's Day!
