Philadelphia's Power 99 FM radio

I have heard that Power 99 FM radio is a fine radio station. But What I have heard recently is that it is a racist radio station. Is it true?
In one of the media newsgroups I associate with I found the following email:
"I'm responding to an email I received : Please listen to the following mp3 of a phone call made by the morning DJs on Philadelphia's Power 99 FM radio station to a call center operator in India. http://www.edrants.com/_mp3/Power99_Call_to_India.mp3
I think the clip speaks for itself. As a media person, as a person, I am absolutely shocked, horrified and outraged at the content of this broadcast and stupefied that this was allowed to remain on air. I have emailed this clip to the New York Times, as well as media contacts in the industry. I would request that an apology be sent out immediately, and the people responsible for this blatantly racist content be held answerable. I assume that this was an oversight, and hope appropriate action is taken immediately."
I do not like to publicise the rest of the email.
The reason I am writing this is to find out whether their is any truth about this or is this another slanderous attack to the good name of Power 99 FM. Please do enlighten me as to the factual side of this story via this website or privately.
