Fellow Co-Workers!

I am taking this time to ask you to support FCGOA when you receive your NLRB Ballot that will be mailed out on Tuesday, August 17, 2010.

I believe in Change and believe that it is time for a change in our Union. I have been on this DOJ contract for almost 7 years and have not been satisfied and happy with Harsley and Company. Have you? I feel that they have not kept us up to date with UGSOA business. When was the last time you received correspondence from UGSOA prior to now when they wish to remain our Union? I have asked that a email be sent out after every Union meeting to let those of us who are not able to attend be made aware of current events. But that has not happened. I have asked that flowers be sent to those members who are sick and laid up and I know several co-workers would have benefited from that but it just hasn't happened.

I believe that Harsley's UGSOA is not responsive to our concerns and needs. You must feel the same!

Harsley and Company will not be there in your time of need. I learned that first hand when I needed them to handled a grievance regarding Rover's pay. I was thrown under the bus by Harsley when during the arbitration hearing Harsley began discussing another issue and was told by the WSI rep that we are not here for that reason. A Change in Union is needed and we are giving a great opportunity to vote in FCGOA.

Please, Please , do so, when you cast your vote. VOTE FCGOA!!!!
