In Philly, the Uhuru Movement has been leading bold struggles to win black power, demanding social justice for the African community through the Hands Off the City Hall 2 struggle, the “They Say Cutback, We Say Payback” weekend of resistance and most recently, the People’s Law School.
In Sierra Leone, the Uhuru Movement is building so that Africans everywhere can control the vast diamond and mineral wealth of Africa -- African resources in African hands!
One Africa! One Nation! One Billion Strong!
Learn about the struggle in Sierra Leone, West Africa where the African People’s Socialist Party of Sierra Leone (APSP-SL) just held its founding conference!
Just like everywhere else in the world where black people live, in Sierra Leone, all of our work and resources go to build wealth for people other than ourselves. With the expansion of the Uhuru Movement in Sierra Leone through the launch of the APSP-SL, the struggle to make the wealth in Sierra Leone and all of Africa work for Africa and her people dispersed throughout the Americas, Europe and around the world is intensified! Come see video and hear the report from the U.S. delegation of the Uhuru Movement on this international conference.
