2009 Heritage Day at First African Baptist Church
First African Baptist Church (FABC) will host a day of celebration and fun. The day will feature special guest speakers, including Father Martini Shaw. This February 22nd event will include musical performances and the presentation of the annual Bivins Award to Rev. W. Wilson Goode and President Rene Preval of Haiti. You are welcome to enjoy all or any of the day's activities. Founded in 1809, FABC is located at 1600 Christian Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. No other source does the Baptist derive his theology. There may be many religious books for the many religious denominations, but Baptists put their faith in one book, The Bible. They believes that Jesus is the only way to be save.
