So what IS the difference, really?

Almost 100 persons are dead as a more or less direct result. Mumia Abu-Jamal killed, at most, one person and even though the Supreme Court seems content to let matters lie and to not revisit the question of whether or not Abu-Jamal is actually guilty, many people like J. Patrick O’Connor above find the question of his guilt far from satisfactorily answered.
The question then is, if Yoo is qualified to write for the Inky, why isn't Abu-Jamal?
