Two sides to every story. When told to vacate a cell the PRISONER must comply. If they do not an extraction team will do so. Resist and they will be taken down by whatever force necessary for compliance. In my opinion, comments by the convicted criminals as to ALLEGED loud speaker comments and ALLEGED comments by the Correction Officers are taken as truth by the article posting group. Also, I don't see any outrage by the many left wing writers regarding the murder of another Phila. Police Officer last week.

As one respondant stated...can't do the time...don't do the crime.
