As to the above comment...there IS NO mound of evidence that proves Mumia's innocense. In FACT all of the Judicial courts review, both State and Federal, have AFFIRMED Mumia was GUILTY of murder. As to the DA..their office is only supporting, and rightfully so, the decision of the JURY of which MUMIA helped pick. INFORMATION...it is the JURY, in Capitol cases(murder) as this, who pronounce sentense...NOT the JUDGE or the D.A.
