Reason why Obama has picked Joseph Biden is located in the Movement for Change agenda which permits freedom of speech, movement, raise your voice to advice government and its agencies, depolarization of America and Americans, unhindered association, campaign for justice, human rights, freedom, etc without fear of persecution and related cruelty from the commander-in-chief and his/her agencies. On leadership and depolarization of America and Americans, Michelle Obama states inter alia:
Under the present government all these vertical and horizontal protected constitutional rights are gone under the clutches of drunken executive vetoes and extraordinary ugagged powers. In President and Vice President relationships, Biden is bold and will be able to ask challenging leadership questions to work through the program of the Movement for Change to resolve domestic and foreign conflicts to drawback over $9.8 trillion debts and return the jobs and businesses which McCain claims would not be returned (see McCain‘s speech on the auto-industries in Michigan et al) and stop wars and conflicts which McCain claims would be unstoppable and last for over 100 years and beyond and be won by shedding more and more blood. Obama desires a Vice-President that is able to speak out and implement the mandate of the NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL MOVEMENT FOR CHANGE to close the chapter of the present leadership of fear and panic and where president is terror and rule the ruled with iron fist. VP that would follow step by step political solution to replace the present unnecessary and costly combative approaches which have destroyed implementation of several programs such as education, healthcare, services (research, jobs, manufacturing, supply/demand, etc). Across US there is silence and fear to speak and advice government because those Americans and other residents that have excised their 1st amendment rights are suffering different persecutory conditions secretly imposed on them by the incumbent and its agencies.
People that have campaigned for the rule of law, democracy, justice, freedom and human rights are permanent locked in direct and indirect prisons/detention. Direct and indirect detention and prison are designed by cruel leaders, politicians, lawmakers, and government like the incumbent and its system. They know how to use persecution and services base policies and practices to punish innocent children, men and women and force them to remain in one place for ever. See http://www.phillyimc.org/en/node/72005. 1776 - present, 1st Amendment of the United States Constitution, Bill of Rights and other legislative mechanism have sufficiently protected the rights and freedoms of Americans and other residents of America but some leaders, politicians, lawmakers and their agencies and government have controlled several law courts, service providers, etc purpose of punishing their preys. The problem behind reason why these citizens can not adequately exercise their rights is leadership base and leadership base economic conditions. Because of leadership problems, 1st Amendment of US Constitution, Bill of Rights and other legislative mechanism have not done much in easing freedom of speech, freedom of survival and association, campaign for human rights, rule of law, freedom, democracy, freedom of movement and association, etc. 1st Amendment of US Constitution, Bill of Rights and other legislative mechanism compel dictatorial leaders and their agencies to take back and launch indirect jabs to punish their preys. Some of the indirect jabs are tactical punitive action such as seizure of mortgage by punitive rate, imposition of high utility bills, ex-communication, unemployment, tactical dehumanization, etc.
The empty domestic and international charges of an undefined experience which John McCain wants Barack Obama who has ran the best presidential election campaign since the birth of America‘s constitutional federal multicultural/racial democracy ran into void space. The students that attended racist and segregated classroom will know the meaning of these empty and discriminatory intercedes on their home/classroom assignments, test, examination, etc. These students know that they have written work worthy enough which they would earn 100% or A+, A or B+, B but the teachers and examiners scored them failing marks/grades to force them to dropout or disengage from school. This exactly what is happening between US Media/McCain and Obama. The students that passed through racist and segregated classroom will quickly under when one lonely person say Obama has not convinced me on what he would do save America. Even Obama waters down his explanation to Kindergarten level racist teachers/onlookers will continue to doubts and proof lay.
Strange in contest that US Media and John McCain charges the author-in-chief of the ONLY self-made political program under the excellent craft of MOVEMENT FOR CHANGE to under-go extra-training to learn how to implement his own political, economic, social and civil program under the MOVEMENT FOR CHANGE. US Media and McCain are shameless. Under the reign of race and color US Media has permanently hide McCain’s lack of domestic and foreign experiences and multiple suspected misdemeanors and felonies (sexual abuses, record of properties, military services and inexperience which earned zero on comparing Iraq/Afghanistan wars with two world wars and Korea/Vietnam, etc).
The government of conservative/republican party or John McCain are aware that the constitutional democratic President of America has used patriot act and other self styled authoritative laws to beat down all voices campaigning for the rule of law, democracy, justice, human rights and freedom. Across America there is an overwhelming fear to advise the President of America and government of America.

America in this century can not put up with the old policies and practices of the conservative/republican party or John McCain to attract supply and demand which are 21st century core base for social and economic development and prosperity. August 18, 2008 US media and associates are doomed and in disarray because of huge unethical and racist journalism. These men and women hardly research and investigate the idea which they conceive to article. Opportunistic media desk becomes intoxicant and creates journalistic flux. In the history of America’s presidential elections, no candidate has reached the mobilization point and breaking of the cloud impacting democratic elections which Obama has earned in creating national movement for change to make electorates to have independent and uncontrolled role to play in choosing their leaders. This change has reversed the one direction focus of Americans in choosing their leaders. Obama brings a test of multi-partisan democracy which is a good fix for the type of federal democracy which America is supposed to have adopted long time starting from 1776. This change theory was created by Obama and not the Vice-President. All members of this campaign including the intended vp must learn the theory, policy and practice of movement for change. No president of America has been able to travel oversea during campaign and draw the attention of the world including capturing over 200,000 audience in one campaign stage. CNN, BBC, FOX, WBZ, etc stand to be corrected and drilled to fact that the on-coming VP will start to learn the theory and practice of MOVEMENT FOR CHANGE and this the plan which Obama has for America and the world. It is the only policy and practice that will save America. Obama has overwhelming experience and his mark has shown on his ability to float unfailing campaign system. McCain has not succeeded in running smooth campaign administration. He has severally changed his workforce which is sign of poor management and administration.
