Then the members of the Granny Peace Brigade Philadelphia – The reception for Joan, & most of all the challenging comments & questions are a good indication of how involved and even tormented so many of us are. As Joan clearly stated, We Grannies came into existence cuz it was time to get off our fannies and do something to end this horrific war. Joan, NY & Grannies across the country, Canada & around the world, thank you for inspiring & energizing us to demonstrate, march, mobilize and get on our legislator’s butts. “Stop Funding this Illegal & Immoral War!”- I’m ready!
