They're equally or more likely to get a conservative judge with common sense and a respect for presumption of innocence and due process to rule in their favor. Anonymous doesn't cite a shred of evidence about this extremely complex case to support his or her position; instead, he or she blithely assumes that if lot of courts are involved they will eventually come to the correct conclusion. This case is rife with evidence of judicial misconduct and perversion of the course of justice.
