I'm car free, but up here in Fairfield County. 7 years on March 31 and every year it gets bigger. I make it a multi-modal themed and decorated party. This year is different, we've bought an ad in the Fairfield County Weekly and advertised it to 30,000 folks. Great raffle items like free indie local theatre passes, free massages, free meals at diners as well as a free Metro North roundtrip to NYC, 2 local bus passes and free tuneups and goodies from area bike shops.

I've been doing this event every years since my 5th and 100 folks come every year. I adorn the place with CARtoons by Andy Singer, Time's Up bicycle angels and my own bicycle facts sheet.

Firefly will be coming up from Joisey, my home state, but you are free to come stag. There's a 6:42pm train (no bikes) arriving at 8:43pm, 2 blocks from the venue or an 8:07 (off-peak) arriving at 10:09pm. Since our train line short branch stops running shortly thereafter, you'd have to bike 10 miles west to Brewster to catch a train back home for roughly the same price (9-10 beans) or hopefully you'll win the ticket raffle prize.
