One People! One Party! One Destiny! is being hailed as the guide to African revolution in the 21st century. The new book by Omali Yeshitela is scheduled for release on September 21, 2010.

As we look out on a world defined by imperialist war and an escalating economic and political crisis, Omali Yeshitela, Chairman of the African People’s Socialist Party-USA (APSP-USA), emerges as a singular coherent voice.

Yeshitela’s new book is One People! One Party! One Destiny! The Political Report to the Fifth Congress of the African People’s Socialist Party-USA. The Congress was held in Washington, DC in July 2010.

If you could have just one book to help you navigate these tumultuous times, this is it.

The Political Report presents a brilliant, thought-provoking analysis, crafted from the particular point of view of the African working class in vital contention with the tired lies, deceit and double-talk of the oppressive rulers of white power.

U.S. colonial police abuses young African in Philly.

On Thursday July 1, 2010, my brother Darryl Anderson was walking up 52nd Street towards Chestnut, going to the store where officer McGrudy of the 18th District stood.

Then, the cop turned towards Darryl and asked him, “Why are you following me.”

Darryl responded by saying, “I’m not following you. I’m going to the store.” At that time, McGrudy demanded his ID.

Darryl then patted his pockets, realizing he didn’t bring his ID outside with him. He had just left the house.

In that moment, McGrudy gripped him up by his shirt and said, “I should lock ya dumb ass up now!” The cop let him go by shoving him.

Below is the final draft of the Constitution of The African People's Socialist Party (APSP), to be adopted at our 5th Congress, scheduled from July 10 thru 14 this year. This is the document, through many months of grueling work, that is being put forth by the duly appointed Constitutional Commission of the APSP-USA. It has been again revised since our worldwide online study held June 27 on UhuruNews.com to reflect input and discussion from that study.

As criticisms of President Obama’s war and economic policies mount, the group that first questioned his intentions regarding the concerns of the black community is holding a national Congress to define a black agenda to serve the interests of black people.
