Billy Panas Jr. was murdered by off duty police officer Sergeant Frank Tepper. In this case like so many others, the officer is still free to terrorize our streets. Justice for Billy and all our other brothers and sisters who have fallen to the violence of this state. R.I.P. Stop police brutality |
