Just another example of

Just another example of SPFPA's campaign of lies. What else is new. Next we will be seeing something from Guy James and Ron Mikell, the newest pair of SPFPA whores selling their souls and asses to Dave Hickey.

Something smells fishy here...it is really FISHY!

Take a closer look at SPFPA, her Financial Report (LM-2 filed 2 Nov., 2010---Late as Usual). Actual;ly in the last seven (7) Years she filed her financial report delinquent, all in the violation of not only her Constitution/By-Laws (dated 3 May, 2010), but also the Labor Management Reporting Data Act (LMRDA), which also states here that you have 90 days to submit your financial report, from your "End of your Fisical Year." Her reporting period is from 1 April of the current year and ends on 31 March of the following year. So 90 days later makes it the 30th of June. Go ahead and check the Dept of Labors website (union-reports.dol.gov) and click on LM-2,3 and 4; and than the next screen enter her DOL File# (000-001), and see for yourself. Go back, and search under Union name (SPFPA), and you will see, as of 18 Jan., 2011 taht she has 268 listening, when in actually she has only 180 Locals, and the Headquarters. To breakdown the 268 to 180 (actual), you have to delete the Disband/Terminated Local (Total of 87 of them); and now you have 180. This is only the tip of the iceberg. There is more, a whole lot more.
