As to 78, BTW I was there and witnessed the murder of Officer Ramp. FACT for you law students. The murderer weapon recovered from the MOVE basement was registered and purchased by a MOVE member. The bullet that killed Officer Ramp was PROVEN to come from that weapon and NOT FRIENDLY FIRE. As to the MOVE 8, they KNOW who pulled the trigger that killed Officer Ramp and wounded 3 other Officers as several Firefighters yet none will FESS UP and be free.
