Try this new "operations manual!"

A new spoof "operations manual" has been added to the Targ and Peter Perp comic series

Many thanks to the folks who have visited my "Targ the Organized Stalking Target" and "Peter the Organized Stalking Perpetrator" comic strips:

I've now made available a spoof "True Justice Operations Manual" which is the target's impression of what sort of guidelines the organized stalking perpetrators, like "Peter Perp," operate under.
