Thursday, Ramsey County Minnesota Prosecutor Susan Gaertner (who is also running for Governor in 2010) dropped the terrorism charges against the RNC 8. Two charges of conspiracy carrying 5 year maximums still remain, however. Philadelphia recently formed a support committee for the RNC 8 and hosted events around the March 28 National Day of Solidarity with the Eight. RNC 2008 Civil Litigation Info If so, join us in suing the state to hold them accountable for what they did to us in the streets! The Community RNC Arrestee Support Structure (CRASS) is seeking potential plaintiffs to sue the state.
