The Supreme Court has tossed out a lower court ruling which had stated that if the Philly DA wants to execute Mumia, then Mumia must first have a new penalty hearing. The case is now in front of the 3rd Circuit Court, with the DA seeking Mumia's execution without a sentencing hearing.

Wow

some support for a proven convicted and affirmed killer. I would bet half of the sign holders do not have a clue as to this case and believe only the distorted information provided by MOVE and fledging journalists. I'm a little surprised this garbage is posted under your name Rich. Mumia Abu Jamal/Wesley Cook will die in prison with or without the help of the State..and rightfully so.

Pisano, as long as there are

Pisano, as long as there are black and hispanic people in the streets, Mumia will always be alive, much to your chagrin.

Your

comments as to the support of this proven and affirmed killer escapes me. Is it because he is black and executed a Police Officer by first shooting him in the back then executing him?
