Philadelphia Gaza Solidarity

On Friday, several dozen people joined the regular vigil of Bubbies & Zaydes (Grandparents) for Peace in the Middle East to express their horror at Israel's continuing air strikes on civilians in Gaza. Today, a rally and march is planned to target the role of US government funding and media cover-up in perpetuating the violence. The event, scheduled to coincide with major demonstrations in New York and elsewhere, will gather at City Hall at 11am.
