The Nor'easter Issue 4 has appeared all over West Chester, PA recently. They've been spotted at Fennario's, Moonflower, and the Mad Platter. They have even been spotted through out town in, previously empty, Employment Reader paper stands. Apparently the fairies and elves of the anarchist movement have put their sights on West Chester and are making their presence known.
