Discussion with Steven Fake and Kevin Funk, co-authors of the soon-to-be released book, "Scramble for Africa: Darfur-Intervention and the USA," as well as University of Pennsylvania visiting scholar John Ghazvinian, author of "Untapped: The Scramble for Africa's Oil."

Authors Steven Fake, Kevin Funk, and John Ghazvinian will be appearing at Wooden Shoe Books in Philadelphia on Sunday, November 2 at 7:30pm.

Fake and Funk's "Scramble for Africa" is an explosive new book which presents an analysis of the Darfur conflict from a left-wing perspective, as well as a critique of the reactions to it by Western governments and activist groups. More information is available on their website, at www.scrambleforafrica.org/. Readers may view an excerpt at http://links.org.au/node/667.
