CALL FOR URGENT ACTION
I, Dr. Phillip C. Ofume hail from THE NIGER DELTA REGION OF NIGERIA. I am a presidential candidate of Nigeria in Exile. My campaign 2007 was disrupted by the govts of Nigeria, Canada and US. I have re-launched my campaign for Nigeria’s federal election 2011.
For good cause, I have designated Russia, Iran and Venezuela as possible place for US eventual deportation plan. Asylum Case before US Board of Immigration Appeals is censored and every submissions have been made without decision.
This plan to allow assassination occur and on-going gassing of poisonous substance on my family and I. Please circulate my posting to the designated countries because my registered mails are suspected to have been seized en route to these countries.

NIGERIA: CIVIL LIBERTIES FIGHTERS (CLF) IN THE NIGER DELTA REGION - TRUCE IN OIL ATTACKS & RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PERSISTENT CEASEFIRE & PEACE
June 22, 2008
The Civil Liberties Fighters (CLF) in THE NIGER DELTA REGION (MOVEMENT FOR THE EMANCIPATION OF THE NIGER DELTA REGION – MEND ET AL) will be announcing and maybe observing ceasefire in the Niger Delta Region.
Past chameleon peace proposals by the foreign backed oil/gas companies, politicians, leaders and lawmakers have led to the detention and imprisonment of Henry Okah and several other citizens of the Niger Delta Region. These cartels stage peace and call for ceasefire to reorganize or review their strategy to unleash stronger attacks on the fighters and people of the Niger Delta Region.
Based on these past experiences, the present truce must come up with tougher conditions following:
1. Unconditional and Immediate Implementation of the Niger Delta Region Derivation Proposals.
2. Immediate and unconditional release of Henry Okah and other Niger Delta Citizens directly and indirectly detained/ imprisoned inside and outside Nigeria. Release must accompany conditions without future charges and other criminal/civil action against them.
3. Ceasefire Truce without disarmament with full sector and axis control.
4. All Niger Delta Region Civil Liberties Fighters (CLF) and supporters inside and outside Nigeria to remain intact and continue to function to observe ceasefire and implementation of all Niger Delta Region proposals.
5. No leaders, deputies and related officials/officers will attend negotiation in person.
6. All meetings & negotiation be conducted by exchange of written proposals without oral proposals. The written proposals must be delivered by registered mails or representative to designated location. Leaders and deputies or their assigns must approve all proposals agreed upon.
Etc.
Nigeria’s domestic and foreign oil/gas prospectors and their grantors and allies are better defined as murderous fortune seekers that are stealing and plundering human, environmental and natural resources of Nigeria without iota of mercy.
These “gold diggers” believe in vicious divide and rule , political murder, sponsoring of bad government, facilitating looting, repatriation of loots, saving of loots, knockoff of co-looters for self-possession/acquisition and sponsoring exodus of experts, professionals and others or destruction of human resources base to enhance import of their own experts, professionals, infrastructure, etc.
Based on these longstanding cartels, Nigeria’s oil/gas companies and other natural resources seekers belief in vicious divide and rule, war, conflict and instability. During these instabilities, they make high profits to develop their foreign nations by impoverishing domestic nations where they get the natural and other resources.
Internationally, on Before July 1976 Publishers found that efforts, unity and solidarity of all Nigerians and other nations with the blessings of oil/gas and other human resource are the only tool to apply to defeat these domestic and international oil/gas and other human resources cartels.
In Nigeria, all ethnic, religion and traditional leaders, organizations and common citizens must unit and ignore forces of divide and rule to remove bad government which is harboring these domestic and international fortune seekers.
