LWV / Election Day Hotline Volunteers/ 2 hours
Greetings, We need your help. This election is important for the country and everyone in it. It will have a dramatic affect on our youth and seniors as they feel the energy and will be watching our actions and the results. We must have a fair election and there are groups in the city and nationally that entire role consist of helping with information and recording election day issues, they are kinda like the referee. League of Women Voters of Philadelphia has a history of being on point. mention code: rmship Wear tee shirts with your organization, team, church, school on it. c'mon guys let's staff this thing quickly. 2 hour before work or as many as you please. For more details call or email addresses are posted below! The League of Women Voters needs help!! We are looking for Election Day Hotline Volunteers... Our hotline will be in the ABC-6 Studio located on City Line Ave. The shifts are as follows... FYI--The 5 PM - 8 PM shift is well staffed... so please consider a different shift... 1) 6:30 AM - 9 AM WPVI-6 is kind enough to - once again- offer us their space, computers- air-time- publicity- and phone lines ALL DAY!! PLEASE Volunteer for one or more shifts. WE do need your help. We will supply you with all needed information about resolving any issue that we may receive a call about. We have an extensive resource guide. So please do not feel uncomfortable if a question is asked that you may not know the answer to immediately-- one of us in that room will have the answer. It is a great time. Come meet other LWV members, volunteers & friends. Come to assist voters who may feel disenfranchised. Come be a part of this historical election. Please note- you may be on the news. This hotline is help in the WPVI-6 studio on City Line Ave. Please let me know what shift you can volunteer.
