http://www.ProjectClick.org/ is a modern tool for bringing attending and funds to organizations. It’s an online fundraiser selling pixel-sized ads. Local film projectionist, Bill Horton launched his new site in an attempt to find help for his mounting legal costs. Horton has been in an expensive legal struggle with a former business partner. According to him, “The objective is to get this posted on as many websites, so please link to us. The objective is to sell ads to help this cause.”

The concept is simple - the webpage http://www.ProjectClick.org has been divided into small advertising segments. For just $10.00 you can post an ad. Any amount will help this good cause and give your business or organization added exposure. Horton has pledged to maintain ProjectClic.org for 10 Years – that’s a dollar a year for the smallest ad. You won’t advertise anywhere else for a 1.00 a year! If you send it to at least 10 emails to your friends, you may earn a free $10.00 pixel ad. There are 100 free ads available. Contact the organizer for more at Bill@projectclick.org.

Horton said he got the idea from the first pixel ad site http://www.MillionDollarHomepage.com.
That sites earn hundreds of thousands for its creator. Horton has much more modest goals and is selling his spaces for a fraction of the original website’s rates. “I am Selling them at .01 cents per pixel. Pixels are .01 cents each sold in (10 x 10 blocks) = 100 pixels = 1 square = $10.00.”
Horton promises the website and ads will be active for 10 years after the very last pixel is sold. That’s a great bargain.

The ads can be used to promote any website of your choice. Horton suggests linking to your Myspace profile, personal or business webpage, favorite community organization or link to your alma mater.

The organizer described the four step process: How it works, select the area you would like buy, select an image or upload an image, enter the URL. And you’re all done.
