From the Mayor's Office for the Reentry of Exoffenders. The One Stop Center (OSC) is now open and able to assist all ex-offenders, whether they're from federal, state or county prison. The current Mayor is not perfect, however every now and then he hits a homerun. In my book this is one of the missing links in the overall violence chain.
In my line of work a day does not go by that I am not conforted with assisting single TANF parents that want and need to begin a productive lives, as for help , but their records gets into their way.
