International Concerned Family and Friends of Mumia Abu Jamal will be holding a press conference tomorrow, Monday October 26, 2009 at 11:30 am, at Broad & Springarden Sts in Philadelphia. The FOP and Seth Williams are in a conspiracy to kill Mumia Abu-Jamal! We have the evidence of Mumia's innocence, and of the government's relentless use of terrorist tactics to kill Mumia and destroy this movement. Seth Williams' political ambition has blinded him to justice. He has vowed to fight for Mumia's execution, just as he's unjustly pursued punishment for so many others. Williams' other victims, including spokespeople for Denis Calderon and Julio Maldonado, will be in attendance at tomorrow's press conference.

AT THIS CRITICAL MOMENT IN MUMIA'S CASE, A CIVIL RIGHTS INVESTIGATION COULD MEAN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LIFE AND DEATH FOR HIM. IT COULD ALSO OPEN THE DOOR FOR MUMIA'S ULTIMATE RELEASE.
There is right now a very dangerous converging of forces committed to the execution of Mumia. Lynne Abraham, the current District Attorney in Philadelphia, is calling loudly for the Supreme Court to reinstate Mumia's death sentence so that Governor Ed Rendell can do what he has repeatedly promised to do: sign the death warrant. The US Supreme Court is currently reviewing a death penalty case that could have serious implications for Mumia. A ruling on Mumia's case could come anytime.
To cover up the obscenity of their trying to murder an innocent Black man, a great thinker and revolutionary, they now have a Black man, Seth Williams, leading the race for those running to replace DA Abraham. Williams, who is expected to be the next DA of Philadelphia, has stated that he believes Mumia is guilty and should be executed. He is being actively supported by the Fraternal Order of Police.

If y'all had ANY evidence of innocence as stated in your post WHY haven't Mumia's defence attorneys presented same. MOVE has also supported the phoney Beverly video but dropped that like a hot potato. "Conspiracy to kill Mumia Abu Jamal"...there is no conspiracy. The Attorneys are only asking the Court to honor the verdict of the Jury and rightfully so. Mumia Abu jamal, proven, convicted and affirmed, GUILTY of the murder of another humasn being.
