The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) needs your help to enforce the Clean Air Act and combat climate change.

On Tuesday, October 27th join the Sierra Club for a rally outside the EPA Mid-Atlantic Office (In Philadelphia) next week in support of the EPA and the Clean Air Act.

With the introduction of the Clean Energy Jobs and American Power Act (CEJAPA) into the US Senate the country is closer to creating a clean energy future, but the opposition is determined to undermine this historic legislation. While this is an exciting time for the environment and important movement is being made toward a clean energy economy, we must remain vigilant. Big Coal and Big Oil companies are trying to strip the EPA of their authority to enforce the Clean Air Act and the laws to reduce global warming pollution from coal-fired power plants.
