Where: Armed Forces Recruiting Center, 1600 N. Broad St, Philadelphia

When: Thursday, May 7 from 4PM-6PM

The first months of the new administration have brought a widening of the war in Afghanistan and, despite the promise of a withdrawal of troops from Iraq, troops could remain for years. The economy suffers from the dead weight of unproductive war spending at a time when millions are out of work. Many unemployed workers will choose to serve in the military when they can find no other job.  We say: Create jobs and build the economy at home. Stop the occupations of Iraq and Afghanistan!

o        US Out of Iraq and Afghanistan!

o        Money for Jobs and Education, Not War and Occupation!

o        No Economic Draft --Create good paying jobs in the US!

o        Stop Attacks on Civil Liberties!

o        No targeting Immigrants and Muslim people!

o        No US Attacks on Pakistan,  Iran and Latin America
