You are cordially invited to Philadelphia's second Really Really Free Market, coming up Sunday, August 16th at 12pm. Come to Clark Park at the corner of 45th and Baltimore. Look for the banner and the flagpole. Bring your friends and things to share. For those unfamiliar with the free market here is a description from reallyreallyfree.org:

A really really free market is a community event where people get
together and share usable items, food, skills, stories and whatever
else we can enjoy together. There is no money, no barter and no trade
involved. Everything is given as a gift, its free! Everyone brings
something and leaves with
so much more.

Why the 'Free Market?

Because there is enough for everyone.
Because the sharing is more fullfilling than owning.
Because no one should have to do without food, shelter, entertainment,
and community.
Because the more everyone shares, the less everyone has to work.
Because if the banks fall we still have each other.
Because there is too such thing as a free lunch!

Spreading the word!
I could use your help spreading the word. Tell your friends. If you don't live in Philly but know someone who does and think they'd be interested in coming, tell them. If you want to help out a bit more, you can print out the flyer- http://tinypic.com/r/2m5fdvk/3 and distribute them wherever you think appropriate. Also, feel free to plagiarize this announcement and put it out on any lists you're on. Really, tell anyone and everyone. The more people who show up, the better this will be.

Once again, The Really Really Free Market on Sunday, August 16th at 12pm. Go to Clark Park at the corner of 45th and Baltimore and look for the banner and flagpole. I look forward to seeing you there.

P.S. If you bring things to the market and no one takes them, please bring them home with you. Let's keep Clark Park Clean.
