Since the birth of America, first time American children, parents/guardians and government get unbeatable relief to empower the economy, parents/guardians and children.
“INTERNATIONAL TEACHERS, LEARNERS, VIOLENCE AND RETENTION MONITORING PROJECT (LIMPT), INC. ” NOW INTRODUCED IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
Motto: Education and Right to Education are Gateway to Development and Prosperity (certificates/diploma/degrees, employment, good home/shelter, good life expectancy, standard income per capita, good family, good human person, crime free neighborhood/community, healthy life/longevity, etc).
The point of entry into any country is review of the operating laws; particular education legislation; education history and system; policy of the government; failure of adequate retention point; culture of education; civilization and people; politics of education and educational politics; and finally, these instruments were used to review teaching, learning and retention, kindergarten through tertiary institution.
Under this stage, the International Section of the INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS RESEARCH GROUP thoroughly researched and investigated multiple conflicts in school which affect parents/guardians, teachers, learners, teaching and retention.
LIMPT has found cure for poor teaching; inability for the working parents/guardians to be productive in workplace because of the failure of the child; endless national jumpstart costs on failing retention; poor well-living and failure of longevity because of family’s problem; escalation of poor performance of children inside and outside school system; reduction or elimination of disengagement from school; deepen child crime and affiliation with bad social movement; reculturation of indigenous child inside and outside school; etc.

The project found that the emergent social and economic impact on household are enormous and forced parents/guardians to work more hours in the office or workplace and at home in order to meet these challenges or child demand and workplace demand.
Under this work overloaded, parents/guardians are unable to carter for the school and other needs and barriers of their children. This brings major closure to the success at home and workplace and followed by low productivities and problems like children disengagement from school and joining dangerous groups and activities. Failure of children is the worst pain to nuclear and extended family systems and also impact the society.
Under the failure of children in school and follow-up downward activities of the child parents/guardians start to move towards different forms of pain and relative failure. Thereafter, Parents/guardians face possibility of drifting towards divorce, mental health problems, workplace low productivity, etc. The costs of these problems are huge on the government, parents/guardians and taxpayers.
To avoid these multiple harms way, LIMPT takes full control of the children in school and work with them and teachers and school authorities to make sure that learning scare is removed and learners remain in school and succeed because when learners or children are successful. Dropouts are placed in interactive program which returns them to full and para-learning program (path to full learning strategy).
Parents/guardians will not face the problem of meeting with school authorities to resolve children or learners inside school conflicts or problems. LIMPT will interact with teachers, school authorities, etc on person to person basis.

In each country Disengagement or dropout from school which puts parents/guardians, learners and government into economic, social and civil problems was traced to particular cause and plan to solve the problems

MEMBERSHIP AND OPERATIONALITY - STUDENT VERSUS . LIMPT INSTRUCTORS
Members – parents/guardians, students, school and aggressors are networked in parallel communication systems to keep privacy to the extent parents/guardians and students are in one team on first part; school on second part and aggressors on third part. All information released are kept 100% confidential and Sealed Information remain sealed.
Students focus on education and recreation; parents/guardians focus on work and workplace and job promotion; students are released to proceed on work vacation with parents/guardians; aggressors are taken unaware without connective sources lines; students and parents are free to offer any information to the project and counseling/advice are swift.
Students are networked with the project and interviewed daily and weekend are rest/play including optional off/online conference; seminars talk shows; competitive question solving to prepare students for following weeks learning and ahead of class to make our student become king of classroom during lecture or teaching; etc.
Each student and all subjects are connected with instructors and Monday through Friday (including Public Holidays) students must sent difficult homework/assignments and future text/examination to prepare our student to earn “A” or “B”. All our student work towards “A”
There are interviews on classroom work; interview on what occurred inside
and outside the classroom and school premises; counseling on how to overcome difficult encounters with other students; counseling on how to interact with teachers and aggressors; etc.
All classroom works are reviewed on daily basis and comprehensive assessment and evaluation are done weekly to focus the student for the following week. Conceived difficult assignments/tests are reviewed daily and re-tutoring are done daily. Answer and teachings of the instructors must be sent and received from the students within same day and students must complete his/her assignment before next school day.
100% of our students must be computer literate and be in contact with LIMPT instructors daily without break of communication to enable quick problem solving work time. What happened inside and outside the school are stronghold of our daily interview process.
Parents/Guardians are put off school activities. Parents/Guardians get weekly or continuous progress report and monthly comprehensive progress report on education and life through out the school year.
The Project is acclaimed best way to raise successful and talent children and allow parents/guardians have full workplace and home rest.
In the United States Registration of parents/guardians and governmental/non-governmental agencies/organizations (with foster and other children) start on February 1, 2010. Registration of clients preparing professional examinations starts February 5, 2010.
