Special Election to take Ted’s seat may attract serial appeals should Mass AG wins, notwithstanding the downward move of Gallup Poll against the AG. Healthcare reform will pass because of this brawl. As time moves on things will reverse if the AG's opponent fails to become Ted and uses this golden opportunity to continue to win the senatorial bloc from time to time as Ted maintained the assiduity several decades.
Passage of Healthcare Reform Bill is below seat taking and swearing-in ANOTHER TED. Also Publishers firmly assert that Ted’s seat is bigger and more important than HEALTHCARE REFORM.
AG’s CAMPAIGN for healthcare reform in-Obama started because of the journey to take Ted’s seat without qualification. In Massachusetts non-white that are citizen of the United States are denied MassHealth and Medicaid because of their color.

Night/day diplomacies of Clinton are damaging Obama's foreign policy and diplomacy.

Because of the weight of the complaint of bribery and corruption surrounding the Attorney-General and Secretary of Justice, of Massachusetts money, color, race and other political decoration, justice and direct/indirect crimes are sold for high and peanut under color/race alliance.
In year 2008/2009 investigation on monetary fraud was commenced against Mass AG because the lawmaking houses of Mass are dominated by Whites with Black cosmetic governor, the investigation hits NOWAY because of the intended political PUSH to bury or dump the good work of the Most Honourable Ted. She wants the seat at all cost.
Close chat with media via the AG, the plan is to reverse all the important bills pushed and passed by Ted if the AG emerges winner of the January 19, 2010 Special Election.
This AG believes that all non-whites in Massachusetts are ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT and must not be allowed to live but internally the AG and her friends adopt them profit making bounty. Several Whites reject this personal racist belief and ideology of the AG.
The AG neglected, refused and failed to acknowledge the legal truth and reality that Federal Immigration Law is made up of district, county, state and federal jurisdictions. Under this belief the AG uses Immigrant (non-whites) as bounty for self/friends wealth building and realization. Lawyers/Attorney and others share this cake.
District courts have become market place where non-whites are destroyed and profiled into crossroad to give more rooms for whites’ opportunities. For example the police system in Lynn , MA and some other places in the state has cultured a process of retaining several mock witnesses to facilitate conviction of non-whites and some of the profiled whites.
A good example of several examples is the falsified charge brought against Mrs. Maureen Ofume designed as "resisting police arrest" and within 2 hrs LYNN POLICE DEPARTMENT has manufactured over 200 witnesses from the standby witnesses which they called ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT.
One of these witnesses who speaks abnormal English and to be supported by paid translator said, "they wey arist me and stop my work ifi I refu to witness."
The AG has made money from this racially motivated ugly market place called court and destroyed several non-whites and small pocket of whites.
Unlike Hon. Ted, the AG failed to work with mayors, police, courts, lawmakers, politicians, etc to reduce crime in the state and same spreading beyond Massachusetts . Questioning this disservice earns the person sudden police crackdown and community base attacks.
Other lawmakers including the so called powerful speaker of the state house have gone down.
