APPLICANT’S OPPOSITION TO RESPONDENT’S OPPOSITION TO LEAD PETITIONER’S REQUEST FOR COMPLETE/CORRECT CERTIFIED ADMINISTRATIVE RECORD
____________________________________________________________________
TAKE NOTICE that Applicant seek leave and hereby move to oppose Respondent's opposition dated August 20, 2009 because of the following reasons:
1. Issue raised by the Respondent in Pan v. Gonzales; Abdulai v. Ashcroft; Estate of Landers v. Leavitt; etc are unrelated because, Applicant raised investigative alarm of grandiose forgery and fraudulent act by the Immigration Court, Boston and moreso void of claim of missing documents but deliberate plot to disrupt or sweep under the rug over 98% of the power
1
Ofume v ERIC J. HOLDER, JR. Civil Appeal No. 09-1610
of the Review Court to effect correct and judicious review of Petitioner's Petition or case.
2. Respondent's claim for missing documents is also incorrect because, Petitioner has identified two dates - June 04, 2007 and June 5, 2007 and these dates can not be defined as somthing that could be "missing." Petitioner's case is that Immigration Court, Boston MA forged June 4, 2007 and used this umbrella to manufacture several pages of documents containing lies and thereafter suppressed or censored June 5, 2007 which was the most and only important date/hearing in this case.
3. Due to the gravity of the fraudulent action of the Immigration Court, Boston, MA Petitioner has filed Complaint to US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to immediately initiate investigation into this forgery, June 04, 2007.
Conclusion
Therefore, reason of the foregoing, Petition/Applicant request this Court to grant Petitioner's Opposition. Other order which may include Order disposing the entire decision/order issued my the Immigration Judge and BIA.

CONFIDENTIAL
Director - Investigation
Federal Bureau of Investigation
J. Edgar Hoover Building
935 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW
Washington, DC 20535
Dear Sir/Madam:
REQUEST FOR INVESTIGATION
In the matter Ofume v. Eric Holder, Jr. No. 09-1610 - US Court of
Appeals for the First Circuit and also with Docket No. 97-446-370
court below.
Major Complaint:
Judge (name reserved) used his personal and unofficial power to
create full day (06/04/2007) hearing of the case afore referred
whereas there was no hearing on this day (June 04, 2007). There was
hearing on June 05, 2007 and I restate that there was no hearing on
June 04, 2007.
In this matter, Federal government of America has just sent a large
documentary disclosure to me and after thorough research and
investigation on the transcripts, I discovered that Judge (name
reserved) manipulated proceedings and created the hearing on June 04,2007.
June 5, 2007 is the most important hearing in this case because issues which deformed and controlled this case appeal to appeal were
suppressed by the Judge by creating fictitious hearing which he (Judge)redesigned and made June 04, 2007.
Minor Complaint (Reason for requesting FBI investigation to intervene in major/minor complaints) :
January 26, 2006 through September 8, 2006 I found that Judge connived with unapproved Attorney that defected and deserted one law office in Quincy, MA and secretly heard this case in secret courtrooms in Florida and Massachusetts, January 26, 2006 through September 8, 2006 without NOTICE TO APPEAR on the Respondent (Ofume family).
Political power and other powers were used to suppress three complaint to US Chief Immigration Judge and three administrative appeals to the US Office of Administrative Appeals (OAA).Several petitions were sent to The Chief Immigration Judge and US Office of Administrative Appeals (OAA) without hearing and the complaints/appeals continue to remain swept under the rug.
Yours very truly,
For: INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS AND GOOD GOVERNMENT RESEARCH COUNCIL -
