This diverse coalition of organizations see’s the passage of the Employee Free choice Act as vital to the creation and survival of the new Green Economy. It will be vital, also, to the strength and prosperity of Philadelphia’s Blue Collar work force, and the business community that stands to benefit from a more stable and secure working environment.
Over the coming weeks thousands will mobilize across the country to ask their members of Congress to quickly pass the Employee Free Choice Act and make the economy work for everyone. Here in Pennsylvania Employee Free Choice supporters are calling on Senator Specter to come out in support of this bill.
Join elected leaders and members of the environmental, labor, and faith community as we discuss this historic piece of legislation.
