Whether you’re a seasoned video producer or you’re buying a video camera for the first time, this workshop is a must! This two session workshop will have you up and running in no time.
In the first session, MiND instructors will teach you how your personal camera works and show you how to properly setup for various production scenarios. Learn about focus, white balance, the rule of thirds, exposure and much, much more. After you learn how your camera works, we’ll send you home for a week with a homework assignment. You’ll be required to shoot 10 examples of "good" shots and 10 examples of "bad" shots- you must be able to explain why the shots are good and why they are bad.
The second session focuses on what you shot for your homework assignment. As a class, your shots will be critiqued to help develop your camera skills. There will also be time for discussion and a Q&A.
