Community Activist Joaquin Rivera left to die in Frankford E.R.

Longtime community activist, musician, and high school counselor Joaquin Rivera checked into Aria-Frankford hospital last week complaining of chest pains. He was told to wait, and was dead 11 minutes later. Furthermore, three individuals in the E.R. proceeded to rob him.
