if the Dems or the Rep thought of this but as to help pay for health care would it not be fair to impose a Federal sales tax on everything purchased. In my opinion, everyone pays, even illegals and the so called "poor". I also, since I'm on SS, believe the "donut hole" is something to be eliminated due to the rip off by the drug manfacturers as to "patent" medications. Pre existing conditions are another ripoff as to the insured. As a father who has a daughter in an ER room, she sees people walk in who state.."I have a fever or cold", the tax would provide those walk ins to see a family Doctor and not use the ER which is strickly for emergency. I would also like ALL Governmant elected, Congress etc, Democrats, Republicans and others, to accept the same medical insurance they wish to impose on everyone. Give up the golden parachute medical and join us down here.
