Kaba.....it's what the Stats show and what I posted has NOTHING to do with YOUR label of "racist". Sure...there are many of those not of colour who go to jail because of committing crimes in Phila, BUT if you have a higher percentage of residence of one ethnic group engaged in unlawful conduct, you have...what?
