ALL of the reviewing Courts, both State and FEDERAL over the last 27 years...said WHAT..Hans...Mumia Abu Jamal verdict stands...GUILTY and affirmed. It's not the D.A who wants anyone executed...the JURY imposed the sentence and they are obligated to the word of Law. Either way...Jamal will die in prison with or without the help of the State. The "Civil Rights Violation" , since ALL other appeals FAILED,is just another crutch in an effort to seek the release of a convicted murderer...proven and affirmed . The US Attorney General , I'm sure, is aware of this case and will defer to the US Supreme Court and the Lower courts who have found NO improprieties or Fault regarding this case and let the GUILTY stand. Your BIAS "journalistic" review is nothing but a sham but I'm sure you will have blind followers to the TRUE facts..

Readers, in my opinion, this article is the product of "stretch journalism" and full of "what if's and suspect so called "new evidence" which, I might add, NO defence Attorney has used OVER THE LAST 27 YEARS..why...because it's not FACTUAL or defensible...but there are believers such as the article author...sad. PLEASE readers, don't be fooled by so called "speculation" regarding the "mountain" of evidence exonerating Jamal..it's just NOT TRUE.
