As to the Steno, do you take her word 20 YEARS LATER over Officer Bell and others as to Mumia's comments? Do you take Mumia's word the Officers called him names when he was in the Wagon. Do you take Billy Cooks affidavit as fact when it is laughable as is Mumia's and the statements clash. Also your comment, "according to witnesses" he was beaten again at the hospital. Show the FACTS.

As to your last sentence You and your followers are blind to the FACT the mountain of evidence PROVES Mumia Abu Jamal did murder Officer Faulkner and ALL of the COURTS have found NO impropriety's regarding the trial OR Jury selection or unfairness at any level..NONE but y'all know more than those learned in the Law.

To the SFBV readers,Mr. Bennett refuses to acknowledge the proven and AFFIRMED guilt of Mumia Abu Jamal . I attended most of the trial and witnessed the grandstanding of Jamal and his MOVE supporters in harassing the trial Judge and general disruption.
I believe Mr. Bennett was not born yet (1981-2) but he believes his version of the facts are gospel. Sad for those who follow his hateful misguided train of thought condemning the Police and reviewing Courts yet taking the word of book $eller$ and a convicted proven and affirmed murderer of another human being when some of the BEST DEFENCE Attorneys could not PROVE any wrong doing in over 27 years.
