And even if Mumia was on the groud, you are testing for gunpowder residue. If it showed up on his hands at all, it would have made the difference. I suppose because the gun fell on the ground that was compromised too, which is why they never tested it either, eh?
Hey, where is that gun anyway? We can check to see if it was registered!
