As usual...

"failed in the courts"? Did you even bother to read this?
Note that prison guard Brent Miller's widow is supporting a new investigation into the case because she doubts that Woodfox and Wallace are guilty. Shouldn't her request be honored? And, lower courts have expressed sympathy for overturning the convictions.
King was released in 2001 after he was framed for killing another inmate!
This is a very serious case, and badly needs our attention.
