Mumia/trial
Submitted by jon peppers (not verified) on Fri, 04/17/2009 - 8:31amThere will be NO NEW TRIAL...NONE for the PROVEN, convicted and AFFIRMED murderer MUMIA ABU JAMAL, the executioner of another human being who was arrested at the scene of the murder 30 to 45 SECONDS after he killed Officer Faulkner whose body lay within feet of Jamal.
The U.S. Supreme Court has let stand his conviction and the President CANNOT commute Jamal's sentence. Your petition is a waste of space and time. He, Jamal, will die in prison with or without the help of the State which has yet to be decided
You, who claim Jamal's innocence or state he did not have a fair & just trial are blind to the proven facts and truth and ,in my opinion, fools led by fooled fools.
