Rich, the 3rd Circuit rejected defence arguments by a vote of 2 out of 3. Now it's before the US supreme Court who, I believe, will not hear the case and revert back to Judge Yohn decision affirming guilt with life in prison. End of story. Then again, the US Supreme Court may overrule Judge Yohn and uphold the Jury's findings. Either way he will not be free...and rightfully so
