Fifth  time in the United States and several times in Canada securities or jealous scholars have collaborated to block these NGOs' discussion posting sites. Dr. Ofume and the NGOs which he coordinates have not applied for payment of the bonus and Remunerations for their articles and other posting.

This article is going to be extremely concise and direct point to major fact. Now money has come and rushes to crab with several hands have emerged even without solvent projects which are project and employment ready and even when certain intended recipient have slashed their election campaign promises and focus on hit and run projects.

For example, in Massachusetts longterm and renewable projects are defeated and huge cuts go to one time and employment perishable projects and college tuition and poor people's shelters will be closed and more hardship to the citizens of the state. The government will fail if it intends to re-run  its office because of failure of election promise. 

The Publishers have axed the auto companies and industries with several dirty punches for inability to create innovative and versatile projects which will be a magnet to several domestic and international auto-companies and industries.

The Publishers invited these companies to see their US contact person in the United States for some expert advice but they claimed expertise which they lack because if they had one piece, nothing would push them into waste of tax monies and engaging in unprofitable ventures and loss of several billions of tax monies.

When the arrogance persisted, the Publishers were directly looking into the eyes of the suffering auto workers and their families. To request these selfish executives to take free innovative idea, Publisher applied demonstration techniques. Publishers threw the high class automobiles overboard and tagged them unmarketable under the encroaching  global recession or depression or new economies of the world.

Pointer was used from spare parts to full automobiles inside and outside the US and the huge market which could attract different models under the slowdown. Even under the closing in recession or depression, if choice pattern is altered people will buy more and more because pointer strategy requires structural, functional and utility adjustments and also comes with standard. .

Mr. President has carefully solved part of  the problem which, the Publishers intend to raise. Mr. President has placed cap on salaries  but $500,000.00 is high for the executives that have rundown the entire strongest world economy. This cut must affect bonuses and right to engage in extra-labour time activities and use this hunt to fiurther downside the economy. 

Now comes another assault which is shadowed brawl between two bankrupt persons. The simple plunge which the Publishers would take is the mortgagor and mortgagee or Banks and their creditors and debtors. The mortgagor and mortgagee are now down and struggling to rise again via the stimulus package. How is the insolvency of mortgagor and mortgagee going to playout under the disbursement of the stimulus package. Publishers' direct hit on fact is the bad credit of the mortgagor must be written off if the mortgagee's credit is written off.

Affordability  index of Mr. President is held at good esteem because recipients must be able to pay. The problem is more than the ability to pay but the troubling part is the ability to get loan under lingering insolvent credit because of lost credit including loss under foreclosures. The new employee condition must refocused vis-a-vis the position of the heartless lenders that claim bankruptcy and stage secret collection program to get more and more.

Another prong which is the new front and back assignments which the Publishers have recommended to Mr. President to offer to the performance officer, FBI and CIA. Banks, companies, etc claim that they lost money. How is possible for all the billions to be lost without trace?
